Solar Panels - Continued
How it works
Solar Panels adsorb the radiant energy from the sun,
converting it into electrons which pass through a
system of cables on their way to an Invertor.
The electricity current made by the Solar Panels pass
through the Invertor and is changed from DC to AC so
it is safe to use in the home.
Once changed from DC to AC your new Electricity
Meter will monitor the difference between the
energy produced by your solar panels and the power
consumed to run your home. Any surplus can be sold
back to the National Grid, as previously mentioned.
The displays on the device make it easy to read off
important key data from your PV system.

size of your roof and the number of people residing
